Enna Uwaifo
Enna founded IE Collective UK in 2024 and Uninhibited Development Communications in 2025. She has over 8 years of experience in Corporate Responsibility, sector-wide Environmental Reporting in Arts and Culture, Community research and climate and environmental sustainability education.
She has worked with: Arts Council England, RSA Insurance Group, Slaughter and May, Macquarie Group, Local Government Association, The Health Foundation, Motivez UK, Global Fund for Children, East London Business Alliance, Business for Islington Giving.
She is best known for her international research in Kantamanto Market, Accra, Ghana for her MSc in Global Development and Environment attained at the University of Bristol.
She explored the proliferation and impacts of textile waste through a study of the business transactions, social lives of informal traders, waste disposal and global trade in the informal second-hand fashion market.
She has spoken at UCL’s Sustainability Leadership Conference 2024 and Natural History Consortium Communicate Conference 2024.
